In the upper unit we usually only have two guests and on occasion they can be heard. Likewise they can hear below. We ask both groups be considerate of the others!

Inside you will find 2 queen bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, laundry, WiFi, smart TVs, and every amenity we could think of! You’ll love this historic, yet modernized home.

This classic historical shotgun home is a charmer. The side entrance brings you into the main living room area and straight ahead into the roomy eat in kitchen with new tile, backsplash and quartz countertops. Off the kitchen is the half bath and laundry room. The kitchen has a sliding window that opens into the comfy backyard sanctuary with Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit and a covered sitting area. The front two rooms in the home are the sleeping areas complete with 2 “Purple” memory foam queen mattresses. The middle bedroom and s newly renovated with all new tub, tile, vanity and finishings in a modern Boho style. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we have enjoyed remaking it.

The middle BR also has a futon that pulls out to sleep 2 more. There is also an outdoor firepit on a paved area.

This historic charmer is 115 years old.. This former grocery store has been renovated to capture the charm of the exposed brick walls, original fireplaces and tall windows. New flooring, kitchen and bath add comfort as well as WiFi and TVs in both the living and bedroom. Your outdoor area includes a newly pavered sitting area with a firepit. This is conveniently located just one block from mansion row, a 1 minute drive to the rejuv’d NA center and less than 10 min to downtown Louisville.

This unit is located on the second floor. You’ll walk into your kitchen that also has a new washer/dryer and is open to the living room area with exposed bricks , fireplace and tall window. The renovated bathroom is just off the living room and has a newly tiled shower. Down the hall is the large master bedroom with a king size bed, non-working but classic fireplace, exposed brick walls, tv, large windows and desk for any work you need to do while away. You’ll also have access to a completely pavered courtyard with firepit, that is enclosed by a privacy fence.
